Gullsweeps® do not float and will sink right to the bottom. Red vanes are very visible. Low tide is best time to search the drop area. If the water is deep, put on goggles and dive down. A retrieved Gullsweep® is as good as new!

A. When a Gullsweep® goes overboard, reconstruct the situation. What was the wind direction distance from mooring anchor? Was the boat swing on the mooring? This will help define your search area.
