Refund policy

If a product needs to be returned, please contact our Customer Service Department at 201-670-0104 to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA #) first. Sender is responsible for all shipping charges back to Gullsweep.  Please include a statement explaining the problem or defect along with your email address in the event we need to contact you. Include the RGA # clearly on the package or on the shipping label.
